Our Group oversees KNG Facilities Management Ltd, a provider of soft FM services across the South East of England, and Klug Nowy Ltd, a consultancy specialising in commercial real estate acquisition, divestment, and commercial finance origination.

The Groups current focus is in developing technology-led platforms that enhance collaboration and efficiency across multiple industry verticals. The Group is also currently acquiring and developing portfolio of creative IP, including publications and screenplays, drawing on the Smart family’s 300 year heritage in showbusiness and real estate, rooted in the legacy of Billy Smart Snr.
